EMOTIONS

Excited
When you all jumpy and shouty. Sounds commonly heard emitting from excited parties include "Yay!" and "Wahoo!"

Sad
An unfortunate state to be in, because it usually means you've just recieved some bad news.

Suprise
A fleeting moment of unxpected wonder o astonishment. Usually accompanied by the eyes and mouth getting a lot bigger than usual.

Annoyed
A negative feeling usually owing to someone who repeatedly doing something which irritates you. And who doesn't stop even after being warned many, many times.

Happy
A delightfully uplifting sensation, symptoms include a warm feeling in the tummy and a goofy-looking smile.

Furious
To be really, really fuming mad. Imagine a volcano about to blow its top.

This is how it happened

I once believed that life was a gift.

I thought whatever I wanted I would someday possess.
Is that greed, or only youth ?

Is it hope or stupidity ?

As far as I was concerned,

the future was a book I could write

to suit myself,
chapter after chapter of good fortune.

All was right with the world,

and my place in it was assured,

or so I thought then.
